I am a PhD student based in Glasgow working on a bioenergetic model of the lesser sandeel, a key prey for seabirds in the greater North Sea, with the aim of using the model to predict how sandeels, and by extension sandeel-eating seabirds, will be affected by climate change.

In general, I am interested in seabird demography and the effects of environmental change on marine ecosystems.

This year I am the chair of #WSTC5 - head to to find out more!
