Dr Charlotte Boyd

University of Washington, United States

Charlotte is a UW postdoctoral researcher, based at NOAA’s Southwest Fisheries Science Center. Her research centers on investigating how the observed seasonal distribution and movement patterns of highly-mobile long-lived marine vertebrates, such as seabirds and cetaceans, relate to the abundance and distribution of their prey and underlying habitat features; and how spatial and temporal variability in habitat features and ecological processes influences foraging, reproduction, and survival.
