I am a researcher interested in trophic relationships between seabirds and their prey. I primarily work on piscivorous species in coastal in inland areas, such as terns, cormorants, pelicans, and gulls. I use a variety of techniques to address questions on foraging ecology, prey consumption, and bottom-up impacts on seabird populations.

More generally, I'm interested in endangered species management, seabird restoration, and the interaction between science and policy.
