I am a PhD Candidate from the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (UTAS) and the Australian Antarctic Division. My current project looks at the demography and population trends of four species of Southern Ocean albatrosses on Macquarie Island and includes an investigation into relationships with key climate variables. The aim of this study is to quantify the sensitivity and response of albatross to climate driven changes and predict the viability of populations under plausible scenarios.

Previously I have been involved in shearwater and penguin biotelemetry studies in southern Australia.
