I'm in the middle of my Honors project (2016), that involves the investigation on the use of private information between breeding pairs through the assessment of various behaviours of Cape gannets correlated to their foraging trips during the guarding phase. My research uses field-based methods through the deployment of GPS tags and capture of video footage. My studies will be based on the Malgas Island gannetry, Saldanha Bay in South Africa.
