I am a Research Associate in the Seabird Oceanography Lab and the GEMM lab based at Oregon State University's Hatfield Marine Science Center. Currently, I am developing seabird distributions for the Oregon Coast in the event of off-shore renewable development, estimating flight heights of albatrosses, quantifying fine-scale overlap between albatross tracking data and fishing vessels, and looking for carry-over effects between breeding and migration in red-legged kittiwakes.

In 2014, I completed my PhD in Ocean Sciences at the University of California Santa Cruz, where I studied the winter foraging ecology of three seabird species in the Bering Sea and North Pacific: black-legged kittiwakes, red-legged kittiwakes and thick-billed murres.
